Hi-Tech Repairs hold no responsibility for loss of data, personal settings, internet settings or programs. Customers must accept it is their own responsibility to ensure they have backed up data and have access to the necessary programmes to reinstall onto their PC/ Laptop.
With regard to Computers/Laptops receiving repair, Hi-Tech Repairs are not responsible should other problems surface once the repair we have been instructed to carry out has been completes. If Computer/Laptop is not collected 4 weeks after repair date a £5 a week storage fee will be implemented, beginning on the 4th week. If machine is not collected up to 60 days after repair, the machine will be disposed of.
